We first consulted Adam a few months before selling our home. He offered excellent advice as to when and how to sell, as well as steps we could take to best present our home. He was able to recommend local trades people to assist, but it was ultimately up to us. It was a lot of hard work but our house looked fabulous, ready to be presented for sale. We needed to sell it as quickly as possible as we had already moved to a new home and were paying two mortgages on one wage. It was on the market for just a few days and we received an offer at the top of our expected price range with a short settlement. The whole process has been pain free. and Adam and his team have been extraordinarily helpful along the way.
