I used Adam Sacco from Leading Real Estate in Sunbury to sell my home. Adam is very professional and made the process easy. I needed landscaping done and he suggested Xsquisit Landscaping who did an amazing transformation to the garden. Adam also suggested to get the house staged for selling and I got Jo & Casey from The Gypsy Nest to stage the house for sale and they did an unbelievable job. The house went up for sale on a Thursday with awesome photos followed by a great video on the Friday. The first open house was on the Saturday with approximately 25 people coming through. The house sold 3 hours after the first open 2 days after it went up for sale getting an offer above what I was expecting. I couldn't recommend Adam Sacco from Leading Real Estate enough, an amazing job with a fantastic result.
