He was very researched and had great knowledge about what we were to expect with our house price and market demand. Add to this the advice he gave to make the house more appealing to further buyers. This advice included how best to de clutter before photos to best ways to display our garden/deck area. After taking all this on board on house was on the market. Adam promised us a quick sale and delivered! Within 4 days of house going on the market we had sold our house. With over 40 enquires at an open house that only went for 30 minutes I was absolutely amazed. At this point I knew our house was going to sell because Adam had done everything in his power to assure he got us a quick sale and top dollar. By 4pm that day Adam had rung me to say he had an offer we couldn't refuse. With an offer $40K over estimated he certainly had delivered. It was an unbelievable result. I was absolutely blown away! Adam worked incredibly hard to get us a great result. He was professional throughout. Amazing to deal with and to speak to about any concerns I had. I can happily say I would use Adam again and have recommended him to anyone I know who is thinking of selling their house.

We had 2 agents in prior to Adam on our house who both low balled us and wanted to auction for a better result.
