This is my second home that I have sold using Adam and his team. Our first home was sold in a more buoyant market and sold quickly. This home was sold during a 'reportedly' falling market. I was impressed that Adam provided: a) an accurate value range for the prevailing market; b) advice as how to best present our home for sale; c) reviewed progress on a weekly basis and provided accurate feedback and; d) adjusted the marketing campaign to suit the market (this included altering the asking price by a small amount to capture more digital views on Realestate.com). Although the asking price was adjusted our house still sold within the original price range quoted by Adam. Overall Adam made the selling of our homes very, very easy.
