I’d like to acknowledge the incredible job done by Sweeney agent, Adrian Sposato. Adrian was highly recommended to me by family and he did not disappoint. From our initial meeting, Adrian was very proactive and extremely knowledgeable of the property market. His ability to negotiate and achieve great results in a challenging market is outstanding. Could not recommend him more highly. Well done and thank you!

Adrian was extremely hard working, I had complete faith in him to sell my property for the second time, will definitely use his and Sweeney Caroline Springs' service in the future!

Adrian was an awesome agent! His expertise and commitment to the sale is like no other. An exceptional result! Thank you and the team at Sweeney Caroline Springs.

Glenn and Adrian did a fantastic job selling my property. They were both very genuine and were transparent with their communication throughout the whole campaign. Thanks again gents!

Professional agents

Thank you for your service Adrian it was a great result I have used Adrian a few times now and always delivers

Fantastic result for a quick sale, from the initial appraisal, through to help with staging, then marketing and negotiation. Once our sale contracts were ready Adrian (and team) got us our result within a week. Sweeney offered a variable commission range, with the final payment at our discretion and dependent on our satisfaction - let's just say we didn't hesitate to pay at the upper end. Well done Adrian. Easy recommend.

Excellent operator met my expectations

Adrian was excellent to deal. Result was over my expectations. Thanks Again

It was a pleasure selling my home with Adrian and the team at Sweeney. Great market knowledge and contacts providing a quick sale on my property.

Great result considering comparable sales in the area. You can count on Adrian to get the job done.

Adrian was great. He always followed through with the plan and keeps you updated along the way. He is honest and transparent. We bought our first home with Adrian and we are grateful for him and Brandon for being there to answer all our questions along the way.
