After meeting with many agents my partner and I had a feeling that Adrian would be the right Agent for us, and he most definitely was! He was unbelievably patient, he regularly followed up and at no point did we feel pressured to get our house on the market (we took a couple of months to get sorted). His knowledge in the area, advice on price ranges and thoughts on advertising were spot on. We initially thought we wouldn't achieve the top end of our price range but sure enough Adrian hit it within 3 weeks. If you are thinking of selling I wouldn't consider anyone else, seriously.
