The experience i had with Adrian purchasing this home was refreshing. This is the 3rd property i have purchased and the level of service i had with Adrian has been an experience ill always remember. Thank you Adrian, ill be defiantly calling you when im ready to buy or sell.

Adrian is a good faciltator and can connect you to the right people on all the steps, involved in selling of your property.

Adrian was professional from day 1. His knowledge of the property market is to its highest regard. Adrian was exceptional in terms of his support and communication. My wife and I were very pleased with his service. You will be in good hands with Adrian!

I would like to thank Adrian Sposato at Sweeney Estate Agents. Adrian kept us updated the whole time and also answered all our questions. Sold our house in 3 days and achieved a great result! Couldn't of wish for anything better, I would definitely use Adrian again in the future.

Adrian is one of those rare agents you’ll find who is down to earth and actually listens and understands what you want. He always remembered us at open homes, remembered what we were looking for, and best of all, never bombarded us with any sale calls or messages. When we went through the purchasing process, he was never pushy and he let us take our time in making a decision whilst negotiating with the vendor. I must also give a huge shout out to Zac Zammit who assisted us with the contracts and post inspections. He was always responsive and accommodating, and nothing was ever a hassle with him. Keep it up! You’ll make a great agent one day :)

My overall experience with Adrian was very pleasant. I have been in the market for the past year dealing with other local agents with no success, however dealing with Adrian was stress free and easy. I would definitely recommend Adrian for buying and selling.

Adrian was highly professional and accomodating during my recent purchase of a property in caroline springs. He has indepth knowledge of the market and the processes involved and made the purchase as smooth as possbile. It was a highly transparent process, which went smoothly as possible.

Wow! What a awesome and quick experience. Rate every area of my experience 5 stars.

He achieved a great outcome. Sold our house in 4-5 days.

Adrian is an amazing agent, and I cannot recommend him highly enough. He was professional from the start, he is honest, and didn't harass us before we signed with him, like other agents have, and that is one of the biggest reasons we did sign with him, other agents take note. Adrian kept us informed what was happening during the whole process, always gave us plenty of time to prepare for inspections and open houses. He worked tirelessly to get us a good price for our house, which we are very happy with, especially in this current climate, and he is still keeping us informed of the process and next steps. This is the third house we have sold and in the past we always had problems or issues with estate agents, not with Adrian, I will always recommend Adrian and Sweeney to anyone who is buying, selling or looking to rent. Thanks Adrian for all your hard work and professionalism.

From the moment my wife and I first met Adrian we felt comfortable. His knowledge of the property market in our area along with his friendly personality made it a pleasure working with him. We highly recommend anyone wanting to sell their home to get in touch with Adrian, you’ll be happy you did

Adrian Sposato was helpful from the beginning; answer all my enquiries and stand out compare to the other agents I spoke to in regards putting my property for sale. Knows his market and communicates very well. He is honest, professional and works hard to look after his clients ( both seller and purchaser). We felt that he went that little further to accomodate our enquiries and always responded wfficiently. THANK YOU.
