Great agent and outcome

Great person to deal with.

was very helpful with the sale of my home and always kept me in the loop.

Adrian acted in a very professional way selling our home. Adrian went above and beyond to get the price we were after. I would definitely recommend Adrian to any friend.

was tip top...............................................................

Adrian helped my wife and I buy our first house. For properties we missed out on, Adrian was always quick to let us know of homes that were just listed. He was quick to provide what ever information we required and was always happy to help out of hours.

If you want the best outcome for your property sale, then you need to use the best. We had Adrian & Sweeney sell our cottage home in Caroline Springs and can not fault him and his colleagues at all. Smooth and extremely quick sale (sold in 4 days). His knowledge or the area and communication was great. Could not ask for anything more. Who do recommend? Adrian & Sweeney's Caroline Springs

Adrian was a well presented young man with a very good understanding on the sale of a house. He provided us with the relevant information that we required and was not afraid to let us know if something needed to be altered. His communication with us was exemplary which made him an outstanding and credible salesman.

Adrian was a pleasure to deal with he was always earlier at our appointments than required. I never had to call him for updates as he always was ahead of where things were at. Very happy with his friendly nature and all requirements I had. Thanks Adrian and Sweeny Real Estate.

It was a delight to have Adrian as our agent, he made it so quick and easy for us and most importantly he communicated to is the whole way! Highly recommended!
