Aaron helped the reviewer sell this property

Dedicated and Hardworking

We recently sold our house in Kogarah with Aaron Bird, and we couldn’t recommend him more highly. From start to finish, Aaron was dedicated, hardworking, and genuinely committed to achieving the best possible outcome for us. He was always available, kept us informed, and worked tirelessly throughout the campaign. Despite challenging market headwinds and a very successful marketing campaign, we unfortunately had no registered bidders on auction day, which was heartbreaking. Rather than letting that setback define the sale, Aaron doubled down. He was incredibly supportive of my wife and me, stayed focused, and kept working hard to find the right buyer. Thanks to his persistence, professionalism, and determination, he sold our home within a week of the auction. Aaron turned a really difficult moment into a successful result, and we are extremely grateful. Thank you, Aaron — we would happily recommend you to anyone looking to sell in the area.
