A couple of disapointments reflected in my ratings above have been; Due to buying the property without an in person inspection, the leaking showers that were not apparent or made aware of before purchse, but Im wrapped that the owner has fixed these at his expense when not actually required to do so. Thank you Aaron for your assistance with this. The sales process that unexpectedly led to an open Auction. I would not have looked at the property in the first place had known this was going to happen. This said, Aaron Boud has been fantastic to deal with in every respect. I feel he has been open, transparent and responsive to my enquiries and I am very satisfied with the way the settlement is progressing. Aaron came highly recommended as the RE agent I should deal with and deservedly so.
