I expected to be able to trust and be looked after as a client but instead I found slick,deceptive trickery enabling Biggin & Scott to reap a huge amount of commission from the sale price. I would highly recommend going elsewhere.

While it took a little longer than expected to get a result, I cannot speak highly enough of Aaron's effort, endeavor, enthusiasm in obtaining a result. The end result was probably very close to if not where the market was/is for the property, although it must be said that it was a result lower than what was originally discussed and expected. If I were to be constructively critical I would suggest a bottom up approach to pricing rather than a top down approach would have achieved the same result in a shorter period of time. Of course its easy to be clever after the fact with the benefit of hindsight and that must be juxtaposed to Aaron's undeniable enthusiasm to get a result to satisfy the vendor. It's a balancing act of course. Along with his enthusiasm, Aaron's standout quality is his communication, via text, email and telephone. While not always available to take your call, I never had to call him twice when wanting to speak with him. Moreover when I was emailing him back and forth on movements in the market that related to the property he sold for me he was always engaged. It was a pleasure to work with Aaron.
