High pressure tactics used by Aaron to lower my reserve price and not explaining the contract thoroughly. I came to Biggin & Scott with trust as I had received great service from their property department over a few years. I expected to be able to trust and be looked after as a client but instead I found slick,deceptive trickery enabling Biggin & Scott to reap a huge amount of commission from the sale price. I would highly recommend going elsewhere.
