Aaron Day impressed with his local knowledge and ability to draw on it to the sellers advantage, his recognition of the properties key points for client attraction, and his explanation of how they would communicate to potential buyers and build a sale before going out to a wider audience, based on the client list they had. When it came to the financial side of the deal, the commission (aka have I been plundered, pillaged, and possibly be pilloried for good measure and still came out smiling despite the carnage?) was negotiated based on my research of local standards, plus input from some independent parties, and we were quite satisfied with the cost of sale agreed.
