After buying from Aaron over 10 years ago, Aaron continued to maintain our relationship. When it came to selling, I was really ever only going to choose him as my agent. His industry experience and local area knowledge are second to none. Whilst the result I received was a a little less than what I was after, I was generally happy with Aaron's commitment to get the job done. After a false start with an unsuccessful "innovative" marketing strategy and some attention to detail lacking, adjustments were finally made to meet market expectations. Thus seeking specific advice and campaign direction from Aaron seemed a little trying at times. Further, I became aware that Aaron was not always in attendance for opens, instead delegating this to younger team members, contrary to my expectations. My only advice to prospective vendors would be to understand that Aaron is someone who thrives on knowing what he needs to do and in going about that to achieve results. Aaron will go the extra mile for his clients where he can.
