I purchased the property originally from Aaron & he has kept in touch for all the intervening (11 or 12) years, including always sending me a card on the anniversary of the purchase. Aaron is absolutely enthusiastic & professional & was totally upfront with the various stages of the sales process. This meant I was well prepared for the auction & achieved slightly over the price I was after for the property. He is a really good person to work with.
