Aaron did a fantastic job of selling my property.

I owned a tired 2 br townhouse that I wanted to sell after being a landlord for 20 years. Aaron did a fantastic job... he came through the property on day one, and advised where to spend money on renovations and where not to overcapitalise, and gave me an estimated selling price range. He regularly came through as I was doing the renovations... when it was close to completion he introduced the property to private buyers and was sold within a few days - before it was even advertised. The price exceeded his estimate... couldn't be happier.
