We found Aaron & Kristin to be very courteous and professional in our recent experience while selling our Doreen investment property. We discussed with Aaron initially via mobile about the possibility of selling the property and what was happening in the local market and a rough sale price and from this we knew Aaron had a good knowledge of his market. We agreed to meet him and Kristin when we visited Melbourne a month or so later at our property to discuss the selling and they suggested that it would be worthwhile to look and painting and carpeting which we agreed as they believe it would increase our selling price.These were arranged and completed within a 3 week period and really enhanced the look of the property. There were a number of inspection handled before the first open house which gave us a good feeling that things were going well. The open house was very successful with the numbers and then the offers received.The final selling price exceeded what we were hoping and we believe this was through the initially through the suggestion to paint and carpet and them the work of Aaron and Kristin. We had been in contact with Kristin Parker and Ashlee Napper for months before listing our home. We actually were originally enquiring about properties to purchase for my parents, and the communication we had from both Kristin and Ashlee was always outstanding. Their knowledge of real estate and the property market in the area is second to none, and we love that they service the vendors AND the buyers. We have spokenw tih other agents in the area but often felt we were only contacted when they thought they might get our listing - we never felt like they would service us a buyer. When it came time to actually list our property, I was sure that Aaron and Kristin were the right agents for us. I contacted Kristin and Aaron and told them the price we were hoping to achieve. We first engaged Aaron when we were looking at selling our home and unfortunately went with someone I had a previous relationship with.. We got sucked in by their "new approach", social media marketing, and bulls**t awards.. it all false optics! What a mistake that was and albeit we weren't welcoming the good life after that experience when we decided to sell a block of land that we had purchased over 12 months prior Aaron was our first port of call!
