I recently had the unfortunate experience of working with Aaron as my real estate agent when trying to sell my home. From the beginning, communication was a major issue with Aaron. He was often difficult to reach, and when I did hear from him, it was usually to inform me of something that had already taken place, rather than proactively keeping me in the loop. This made it difficult to trust that he was doing everything he could to sell my property. Another major issue was that Aaron never provided me with a list of who had viewed my home when it was on the market, nor did he provide me with any analytics on the paid marketing he had done. This made it difficult to gauge the effectiveness of his efforts and left me feeling like I was in the dark about the progress of the sale. To make matters worse, Aaron showed up at my home unannounced and did the final inspection outside of the 7-day settlement timeframe, and did not even bother to notify me. This was a complete violation of the agreement we had and made me feel disrespected and disregarded as a client. Overall, my experience with Aaron as my real estate agent was extremely disappointing. He failed to provide the level of service and communication that I expect from a professional in this field. I would not recommend him to anyone looking to sell their home.

We met Aaron 18 month ago when we asked him and numerous other agents to present a sales proposal. Due to Covid, we couldn't proceed with our sale. Impressively, Aaron continued to make regular contact afterwards, just checking in, and letting us know what was happening in the real estate market. It was due Aaron's focus on relationship building with us as a family, that he was selected to sell our property when this was finally possible, nearly 18 months later. From the moment we engaged with Aaron, his enthusiasm and professionalism was exceptional. We were engaged with the internet advertising, provided opportunities again to review the description, add to it, and provide key information to help in the sale. As a family, we've sold several houses, but this by far would have to be the best experience we have ever had in buying or selling. Aaron's dedication to his customers is remarkable, he goes above and beyond, and worked extremely hard to ensure we were satisfied with the entire process end to end. As a result, we had record numbers of families come to the first open, and our house was sold 2 days later for a fantastic price in a tough market. We could not speak more highly of Aaron and the team at Ray White Sunbury, and would not hesitate to recommend Aaron to anyone looking for an Agent that will treat you with the highest level of professionalism, integrity, honesty and transparency throughout the partnership.
