A disappointment
Aaron was enthusiastic in the beginning but appeared to lose interest as time went by. We took his advice on pricing and feel this caused us to be in a position where we had to sell the property at a loss. I think Aaron needs a little more experience.

I would like to start by saying thanks for the feedback, while negative I would like to take the time to explain to the public the problem with the feedback. This idea that "we had to sell the property at a loss" this is blatantly false, the owner was given the opportunity many times to withdraw the property from sale and lease it out. If any owner wishes to not sell their property under the current market conditions (Aug 2017 - a buyers market) then do not accept the offer and hold out until the market turns. If anyone wishes to review market data for Maida Vale from March 2017 - Aug 2017, and discuss why this result was reflective of market conditions, I'd be very happy to have that conversation.
