Hi, From the very first phone all the way through to unconditional approval my experience with Aaron has been tremendous. He is a very meticulous operator and I accepted him as my agent immediately as he really knows what he’s talking about in this industry. His strategy form the beginning was right on point he knew exactly what minor or not so minor imperfections current buyers look out for and really worked hard to push me to get everything presented just right for advertising phase and the result was amazing. He managed to bring 120 people and a mountain of offers to my door step immediately. However he was also willing to play the long game if we needed to get the right buyer however due to his good work we had any number of suitable buyers right away and the contract went through successfully first attempt with a very favourable selling price at the end of it. I will also add the value for his work would be next to impossible to go past. His fees are unbelievably low when compared to the competition yet still provides a service that leaves nothing to be desired.
