The comprehensive video made, which I understand is standard from Suburbia Real Estate, was a fantastic component and helped me share the home with my family interstate, who could not be a part of the inspections physically but felt a part of the process from afar. I acknowledge Aaron's role in working for the vendor, and I understand that, in the pre-auction environment we were in, this posed a unique set of circumstances for both Aaron and the vendors to consider, which, by nature of home purchasing, made some components of this process more intense than perhaps a standard private treaty would have offered. Aaron remained approachable throughout this process. Suburbia are clearly fantastic agents with clear intentions on how they present a property. It was an unforgettable experience!
