While the sale was a good price, the purchase's deposit cheque bounced and the agent did not inform us at the time. One week before the settlement, we hear from our conveyance that they will be charging additional costs because the deposit had not been paid and they had spent many hours contacting the purchaser chasing up the deposit. The Agent knew the deposit cheque had bounced and did not tell us. Unacceptable.
