Hi Jane and Cameron, I'm glad you were happy with the price, I too believe it was an outstanding price given the challenges the block had. I'm sorry to hear that you were disappointed with the after sale communication. I was overseas when i heard the balance of deposit had bounced, and i can see how it may have been frustrating as we pushed for a 30 day settlement as requested. When i heard the cheque bounced i spent two days emailing the solicitors and buyers whilst i was on annual leave to ensure the sale was to proceed and the cheque was to be paid asap! I am disappointed that the solicitor let us both down. As for the additional costs, that was your solicitor pursuing the purchaser for default interest on your deposit, maybe a miscommunication between everyone. I'm now glad to say that the sale and settlement went through smoothly and your feedback has been taken on board, we're always learning, and always eager to improve our processes.
