Overall, my situation was probably different than most purchasers in that the property I was looking at took around six months to finalise (no fault of the agent). As a result, I got to know Aaron and his team very well and was encouraged by their timely professionalism, advice and prompt communication throughout the entire situation. We purchased our very first home through Aaron and his team. The house had a complicated backstory, being a mortgage repossession but from our first request to view the property, to the final signatures we were always made to feel comfortable and kept informed.
