While it is true that the agent works for the Vendor, I found the way Aaron went about securing the Villa I have just purchased, to be top shelf. His negotiating was informed and fair, and he sorted out any issue with leasing agents etc - as though he were purchasing the villa himself. Great advice, great service, he listened to me and delivered accordingly (instead of the cliche ‘bottle of bubbles’ he gifted me a voucher toward a new dishwasher) I would have absolutely no issue with recommending Aaron to anyone looking to sell their property
