In an attempt to find the most professional realestate agent, from a field of three realestate agents, to market and sell my Queanbeyan home, I undertook a process of selecting two of the three agents through speaking with people who had recently had local properties for sale, and one agent who had previously been involved in the sale of another property. I convened an interview panel, together with two members of my family and three agents were invited to speak with us (at different times), to outline their views of the property, their sales process and speak to the potential prospects of a successful sale.
