I first met Aaron when he was selling another property that I was interested in buying. I was impressed with his service, knowledge, friendliness and most of all his professionalism. I thought the presentation of the house was very good. So when it was time to sell my townhouse I chose him without considering other agents, some of whom are better known or charge less fees. I felt that Aaron had my interests in mind, especially when in the beginning there were some problems with the sale as there was storm damage to the property soon after it came on the market. Aaron was reassuring when the market was slow and sought meetings with me to discuss pricing and sale options including increasing advertising. Eventually the townhouse exchanged contracts (we are still waiting settlement at time of writing) within the timeframeI had to sell my townhouse. I would definitely recommend Aaron Papahatzis of Peter Blackshaw RE, Queanbeyan and would go back to his service if I wished to place another property on the market. I didn't get as high a price as I wished, but given the market conditions in Canberra and Queanbeyan, I think I actually got a reasonable price and I am content with it.
