A day after my initial contact, I received a call from Aaron Pendleton requesting to organize a meeting to better understand our situation, and what outcome we were hoping to achieve. My husband and I met with Aaron and Elle (Sales & Property Manager) on the Saturday and on the Monday, they advised us that they had already been out to see the property, and suggested ways we could improve the sell price by making the land more presentable. From the outset, it was evident that their passion about providing exceptional customer service to their clients drove their desire to go above and beyond with their marketing campaigns, ensuring we not only got the best price but that it was in line with the most suitable terms.
