My property was rented for many years by other agents till couple years ago then I found Property Central who took over as my rental agent and managed the property in a very professional way and my thanks go to their staff who Property Central should be proud to have staff like they have. Because of personal reasons I made the decision to sell the property through Property Central and their Principal Peter Moran who put me in touch his partner Aron Rae who took up the challenge immediately advising me on all aspects of how to go about selling our property. With this advice we made the big decision to go ahead with the sale and within 11 days the property was open for inspection, remember we had to see a solicitor have a contract raised before we could hold the open house. Aron still plowed ahead arranging for the open house. Guess what he SOLD it on the first day and through unbelievable negotiations secured a better price than what we expected. He kept in contact throughout the negotiations updating the process daily. I have had many dealings with Agents not all good but I can highly recommend Aron Rae as a very trustworthy person and we are so glad we stayed with Property Central Long Jetty/Berkley Vale who have restored my faith in sales agents..
