When I first started to think about putting my house on the market I had conversations with most agents in the local area including Aaron. I found Aaron to be the least overly assertive of most of the agents I had met. When I finally got to put the house up for sale the market was already on its downward cycle. I stated to Aaron my price and left very little room for negotiation. After 3 uneventful Open Homes and very little sales inquiry I persevered. Eventually I told Aaron to take the place off the market. Aaron asked that I rethink my decision. I did and a family from Sydney came to my home and fell in love with it. I must admit that I did make Aaron work hard to get the price I would finally accept but he did and the deal was done. If you are reading this and thinking of an agent to list your home with I would recommend Aaron. While he might not have the razzmatazz of other flashy agents he gets the job done in his own way.
