Enthusiastic, thorough, responsive to questions, in tune with the market

We took a punt on using Aaron (an out of the area agent) as the local agent wasn't terribly enthusiastic. We never regretted that call given how tough the market is right now for sellers. His fees are very reasonable including marketing costs and he managed a good price in tricky negotiations, in less than three weeks on the market. A great person to have on your side.
