I bought a unit from Aqwasun, my first property. The settlement was some 2 1/2 weeks before the tenant's lease expired. The Big Name company that was currently handling the rent dropped it in my lap to finalise the lease and complete the bond inspection and paperwork, refusing to extend their handling of the property because it was "Too short term". Like I know anything about finalising a lease? Aquasun took a load off my mind by agreeing to finish up for me after my settlement. Very nice to see a business that still offers service, not just rules to maximise profits.
