It was a reluctant decision to sell and the circumstances were sensitive. We needed someone that understood that and could guide us through the process as first timers. Respectful, Honest, Accessible and Professional. Everything he said was followed up with an email and prompt action. That for us was the greatest foundation of trust. He made us feel safe to ask questions whenever they cropped up and it was never a problem. From marketing to signing and after, the whole experience was very easy and smooth. In the end, we came out very positively. It's not always about the big dollars (thats not our jam) but we got a package that was beyond our expectations and now sees us so happy post sale, could not have asked for a better outcome. If I could award more stars I would, Aaron is a genuine, caring, Rocky local (very important) who understands the market but more so sees the relationship through the lense of life perspective for his customers.
