We approached Aaron to see if he could sell our investment property. The sale was a little more difficult because we are physically based in the UK and the property is part of the National Rental Affordability Scheme and therefore had to be sold to another investor prepared to be part of the scheme. We were doubtful that Aaron would be successful. However, he persisted with his positive approach. After identifying buyers, the buildings and pest inspection revealed some water issues. Aaron, coordinated fixing these issues and the sale proceeded. Aaron has been in touch with us throughout the whole process - calling the UK or being available for us to call him outside of normal business hours.
