Sold our house

Apparently it takes about 268 days to sell a house in the Riverland and thsts in a town. Our house was 15 km out of town and it took Aaron only 58 days to sell ours. We had someone look from the outside and after 4 weeks put in an offer and it was off the market. There was another interested buyer but came in too late. When the first buyers went inside there was something they obviously did not like and got the bank to forfeit the contract. Lucky the other buyer was still interested and Aaron got him to buy it at the same price . Just gold . Contract now gone through and am so happy we have someone buying our house that will love it as we did. Thanks so much Aaron for making this quite challenging process so easy. Will totally recommend him to anyone that is looking to sell their home. The outcome was way beyond our expectations with no open inspections and by appointment only.
