Great Agent and sold our property with out much fuss for the price we wanted

I had a great experience with Aaron selling our property in Nundah. He knew the market so well, and provided me with great insights to selling in the current market and had lots of contacts so was able to reach many people. I was beyond excited with the price my property sold for and the experience was so smooth and easy. Aaron contacted me regularly to provide updates and I completed trusted the process with him. Would recommend to any potential sellers or buyers. Great experience!

Professional team with good results

To be fair our purchase was a little difficult. We were overseas. Slow banks etc. We had to request a couple of contract extensions and didn’t really receive the understanding support from Aaron that we would have liked, so let our solicitor handle it. When we arrived looking a bit worse for wear from an overseas all night flight the receptionist saiid “you’re renting I presume” Wow. I gave the address of our purchase and she didn’t know anything about our key collection despite my email reminder earlier in the week. This didn’t really evoke a feeling of being valued. I think the automated responses were good, but not very personal. However Aaron’s assistant did a fast final inspection for us which was really appreciated and thorough. There have been issues with the apartment having body corporate disputes, but certainly not holding Aaron and the team responsible for that, just not the greatest experience on this occasion. I think all agents need to remember that markets turn. It’s not always in favour of the seller so buyers need equal regard.

Our experience with Aaron was mostly through his sales associate Maddy! I could not fault her ability to always answer our phone calls and emails promptly and provide supportive advice. Being first home owners this process was made stress free due to their organisation.
