(1) Overall : I write this review on Mr Aaron Woolard with great enthusiasm, as I am a very satisfied customer. This is the second time I engaged Aaron & his professional team. Despite the somewhat protracted time spam [ because of covid lock down ; yet no extra fee ], I am very appreciative of Aaron’s unrelenting efforts. His resourceful team offered many marketing strategy towards a total solution . I am an oversea seller, Aaron and I communicated continuously. Highly commendable credentials. Excellent (2) Communication : This is the second time I engaged Mr Aaron Woolard to sell our apartment in Brisbane . However on this occasion it was more challenging because of Covid [ with tenant being locked down in NSW. ] Aaron is an effector communicator. He makes customer feel listened and considered . He understands the issues , has good problem solving skills. He proposed and deployed various professional technique after seeking my consent. Aaron is persistent to get the deals done. He always make timely reporting / communication with me of outcomes / follow up with all potential buyers’ enquires / inspection of our apartment. Aaron stays calm and pleasant at all time.
