If you are looking to sell your property or buy a property, then I suggest you call Aaron! Aaron isn’t one of those pushy annoying agents that you dread receiving phone calls from, completely the opposite. He is professional, friendly, down to earth and knows his stuff. After listing with Aaron and following his advice my property was sold extremely quickly and I was very happy with the outcome. Thank you Aaron!
Always prompt, attentive and across all details with both seller and the buyer hence providing a seamless bridge to settlement.
It was my first home buying. There was very hard to look for the good home in brisbane. When we felt tired, we met Aaron; who is a property manager in Place. He has understood our condition very well and tried to be purchased the home. Moreover, he has communicated many times between the previous owner and us. If we couldn’t met him, we would be still looking for a new house. We feel very happy and would like to say really thank you to Aaron on this online review.
Aaron is honest, diligent and has excellent knowledge of the apartment real estate market in Brisbane .My apartment sold within twelve days and for the price I wanted
We have had the pleasure of working with Aaron once before and as with that experience the process of selling our property has been handled with the upmost professionalism. He has a great team of people at Place RE New Farm and they are a pleasure to deal with. We have full trust in Aarons negotiations on our behalf which resulted in a very satisfactory sale. Aaron has a very likeable manner, the sort of guy you would take for Sunday lunch with your mum!
Aaron worked for us to negotiate a unsolicited sale and helped us achieve a strong outcome. I would highly recommend him.
From the first meeting with Aaron Woolard we were impressed. He was personable, answered any questions we had knowledgeably and offered us invaluable advice which assisted us in preparing our property for sale. Aaron was there every step of the way, providing assistance and support and as soon as our property went to the market, he achieved an excellent sale for us in a very short time. I have no hesitation in recommending Aaron Woolard.
Real estate salespeople can be in a hurry to sell and will do and say anything to make the deal. Aaron never came across as pushy and, after a few conversations, I felt that he was conveying information in a truthful and ethical manner. Thanks Aaron for gently pushing the sale over the line.
Aaron went above and beyond on our first meeting and has kept that standard going throughout the process 😀👍👍
Aaron was like having a friend helping you through buying a new house and starting a whole new life. Would recommend to anyone! Thanks for making the purchase of my new home as stress-free as possible.
