We have lived in New Farm for more than 15years. I have taken a keen interest in the market atetnding countless open homes and interacting with many agents. When it came to sell we had narrowed down the list of selling agents to 3 based on relationships with them and their success in the area. All agents mention this therefore I was a little doubtful.True to his word Arron presented an offer from a buyers agent first week before the first open home. We achieved a price higher than his upper estimate, the contract was also a cash offer. The price achieved was one of the highest in the area for the nature and age of the property. What more could we have hoped for? Looking to sell in the area, go no further than entrust Aaron to sell your property. He was the runs on the board and is an expert in the area. We have no hestitations recommending Aaron as a selling agent.
