Walk into Place office met Aaron, I was desperate to buy an apartment, couldn't find anything to rent and my lease had just ran out. Gave him the brief, and I was fussy, master bedroom had to have river views, had to be in New Farm, city views from lounge, apartment, 2 bedrooms, within my budget. Quick as a flash Aaron produced a brochure of my perfect home, I then tried to buy it on the spot, he made me view it, did the deal a week later, moved in last week.
