I recently had the pleasure of working with Aaron Zhao to sell my property in Doncaster East. I am thrilled to share that he achieved a record price for my property ! Aaron's exceptional service and meticulous attention to detail made the entire process smooth and stress-free. His expertise and dedication truly stand out, and I highly recommend him to anyone looking to sell their property.
Aaron Zhao is a friendly, sincere, and professional agent, communication with him is easy and clear. The whole purchase process is smooth with no problems. Strongly recommend him.
Professional and effective. Save us energy and time. Highly recommended!
My experience with Aaron and their agency Fletchers was highly unprofessional and unethical. The promised follow-through was completely absent throughout our interaction. Communication was not only poor but also seemed intentionally neglectful, with calls and emails consistently ignored. This unresponsiveness created an atmosphere of frustration and mistrust. Furthermore, I observed practices that I would consider highly unethical. From misleading information about property details to a blatant disregard for ethical standards in negotiations, the entire process left me questioning the integrity of both the agent and the agency. I would strongly advise against engaging with Aaron and their agency Fletchers, as their unprofessionalism and ethical lapses have cast a shadow over what should have been a straightforward and transparent real estate transaction. In an attempt to address my dissatisfaction, I was asked to sign a release form, seemingly designed to prevent me from sharing my negative experience on platforms like Google and others. This request struck me as both highly unprofessional and an additional attempt to suppress any potential negative feedback. This maneuver raises serious ethical questions about transparency and accountability within the agency. It left me feeling coerced and further reinforced my belief that there is a deliberate effort to conceal the true nature of their business practices. Potential clients should be cautious when considering this agency, as the attempt to stifle honest reviews only adds to the overall lack of integrity displayed throughout my interaction with Aaron and Fletchers agency.
Working with Aaron Zhao was an absolute game-changer in selling my house. His expertise, professionalism, and unwavering commitment made the entire process smooth and successful. Aaron has an incredible knack for understanding both the market trends and individual client needs. From our first meeting, it was evident that he had a comprehensive strategy tailored to maximize the value of my property. Throughout the selling journey, Aaron was an excellent communicator, always available to address any concerns or provide updates. His attention to detail and proactive approach alleviated any stress I had about the selling process. What truly impressed me was Arron's dedication to going above and beyond. He utilized innovative marketing techniques that showcased my house beautifully, attracting a diverse range of potential buyers. I can't recommend Aaron highly enough. His professionalism, integrity, and genuine care for their clients are truly remarkable. Thank you Aaron for your hard work and for making the sale of my house a seamless and rewarding experience.
We strongly recommend Aaron Zhao of Fletchers to partner with you in selling your property. He is extremely punctual, reliable and always communicated within minutes via WhatsApp to any requests and queries. His advise to declutter and stage our house with Chantelle of Invogue Home Staging certainly gained a much better environment and result than we originally expected. We were kept informed throughout the process via text messages, phone calls, summary visits and email updates. Thanks to him and his colleague Vicky Chen, also an amazingly professional compassionate Property Consultant, we survived the ordeal which at times we doubted and then to top off a slick team effort, had Mark Fletcher as the paramount Auctioneer who brought a successful campaign to a smiling and well orchestrated result.
I would like to express my sincere gratitude to Arron for historical exceptional service throughout the process of selling my house. From the initial market evaluation to formulating the selling strategy, and communicating with potential buyers, Aaron has been tremendously supportive and helpful. Their deep understanding of the market ensured that my property was sold at a suitable price. Moreover, I truly appreciate their patience and attention to detail. Regardless of how many questions or concerns I raised, they always addressed them in a timely and patient manner. In summary, I am highly satisfied with the services provided by Fletchers and Aaron. Should I have any real estate needs in the future, I will not hesitate to choose your company again. I will also recommend your services to my friends and family.
