Okay Service and Instances of dishonesty but quick settlement and efficient handover.

Everything was alright, Same game all Agents play but while finalising my buy two of them including my agent promised 1000$ towards my move from interstate but after finalising everything they said that it was not the money itself but help of transportation, I had already booked my removal but they gave me some one willing to do for 500$ less and that was the help of 1000$ and will pay me remainder after the settlement was complete and they got my money but the remainder 500$ was never given despite many promises, I’ve all the whatsapp message of many promises of giving tomorrow or the next day but never met and finally just stopped replying. Do not fall for the help promise until in written or given in advance. After the settlement is done they don't apparently care. Other things as well like not commercially cleaning the property before hand over but those were agreed by us for rush reasons as well all in all ok but not very good service.
