Alistair helped supply painters at a good quote before the contract was signed. He even sent a stylist to help us remove dated furniture before showing. Furniture from the stylist brightened the home for display. Money well spent. Once open house started, we were well supplied with attentive agents. Adrianne in particular was wonderful with feedback and always locking the doors. Alistair, you can be very proud of your staff.

The other agent used language to make me believe the property was worth a lot less, where Alistair confidently guided me well above that, so much that the entire cost of having him sell my place was covered, and then some.
