Choosing the right real estate agent when selling your property is a big decision. We were having trouble deciding who would best represent our property until a friend recommended Alistair Agius of Agius Property Group. During our first meeting with Alistair, it was obvious that our search was over. Alistair’s professional experience, knowledge and advice guided us through the process of preparation, marketing and sale of our property. We were thrilled with the result and highly recommend Alistair and the team at Agius Property Group.

Alistair was wonderful to work with. He's very professional with a friendly manner. Clearly very knowledgeable and well connected to services and purchasers. He got us a result that exceeded our expectations, I'm doubtful another agent would have done as well.

Cannot fault Allistair’s service he got us the best result for our sale and his knowledge is 110% He communicates well and nothing is ever to difficult for him. Highly recommend Agius Property Group.

Alistair demonstrated genuine care and professionalism with a friendly open manner. His knowledge of the market and useful contacts of local services is invaluable. Willingness to give advice and practical assistance in preparing my property for sale was both useful and refreshing. Alistair's efficiency without being overbearing put me at ease throughout the process.

We have had difficult times to sell our old house for months and Alistair took care of our problem. Alistair showed us his profession and confidence in regards selling my property which other agency couldn't pull out. In my experience..if you wanna sell your property for a reasonable good price, Alistair is your best choice.

Alistair and his team at Agius Property Group were fantastic to deal with. Market knowledge: exceptional. People skills: exceptional. Getting the most out of your property: exceptional. Returning phone calls: exceptional. Communication: exceptional - no beating around the bush. Its safe to say that Alistair is now my long-term real-estate.

Been in the market looking to purchase a house, Alistair was one of easiest agents to deal with, very transparent and quick to reply. Was of great help.

My home in Lalor park was sales in like 3 day How happy was I

But these guys had great communication, honest service and helped iron out any issues along the way. Thank you

We were very satisfied with Alistair when we had to sell another property hence our decision to again use him as our agent. Unfortunately due to Covid we only met with Alistair on one occasion during this selling process. He was however able to be contacted quite easily by phone, SMS and email. He was easy to work with and gave an accurate assessment of our property. We sold our property after the first day of inspection.

Alistair was very professional, he certainly knew his trade. His knowledge of the local area is extensive. With him at the helm our house sold quickly for a good price. I highly recommend his agency.

Easy to deal with this prople. I got what I expected. Property is realy good location. Value for money. Happy to deal again.
