Alistair Agius had excellent reviews, one of the top-ranking agents online so I reached out to Alistair and then met with him at our home the very next day. As soon as I met Alistair, I knew he’d be our agent! He spent time answering our questions, providing objective data regarding how many homes he had sold, how long their listings typically stay on the market, and providing tons of info on comps in the area.
