Before engaging Alistair, I had a chat with 3 other agents in the area. 2 agents gave a price guide which I felt less than the market range for my house and another agent’s admin staff actually provided a quote with my address with wrong suburb. So I thought if someone can make a mistake in the suburb then no point dealing with them. From the time I started dealing with Alistair, he organised everything well, proper communications and clear in his plans. Unlike other agents, had 2 open houses on Sat and one on Sun for the first week. In addition he got great photographer for the campaign. Campaign was reasonably good and attracted more than 30 groups in the first week in this slow market conditions and the house got sold in 3 weeks.
