Alistair was very professional and our choice was narrowed to 2 agents one although we were impressed under quoting ( illegal ) and subsequently selling at auction didn’t sit well with us Needles to say Alistair came up with a great result and didn’t deceive us nor prospective buyers as Agius was up front with price guide. Highly recommend if you are buying or selling.

We are thrilled to share our exceptional experience working with Agius Property Group in selling our home. From start to finish, Alistair demonstrated an impressive level of professionalism, expertise, and dedication that made the entire process smooth and successful. From our initial consultation, it was clear that Alistair understood the local market thoroughly and provided us with a well-researched, strategic plan to list and sell our property. His attention to detail in preparing our home for sale, including staging advice and professional photography, showcased our property in the best possible light. Also would like to thank Juliano who worked with Alistair in the selling process, was proactive in communication, keeping us informed at every stage. Their negotiation skills were exemplary, securing us a deal that exceeded our expectations. What stood out most was their commitment to ensuring that we felt comfortable and informed throughout the entire process. We are incredibly grateful for Alistair and Juliano's hard work and dedication. Their expertise and personalized approach made a significant difference, and we couldn’t have asked for a better agent. If you’re looking for a knowledgeable, trustworthy, and results-driven real estate professional, we highly recommend Agius Property Group. Thank you for your outstanding service and for making the sale of our home a positive and rewarding experience!

Throughout the whole process, Alistair displayed professionalism and gave the impression of a well-prepared real estate professional. His confidence and thorough knowledge of the market were factors that led us to engaging him. Although, it would have been better if Alistair engaged with us a bit more during the negotiation process with the prospective buyers. While we appreciated Alistair's very well-presented weekly statistical information regarding the level of interest for our property, we felt that we could have benefitted more from Alistair's input (beyond mere conveying of offers to us received for the property, such as phone calls or face to face meetings to discuss the negotiations process) regarding the reasonableness of the offers that we received. Overall, Alistair achieved a good result for us and we extend our gratitude to him and his team for his hard work.

Alistair and his team are very professional and have an excellent understanding of the market keeping me informed during the process and the house sold prior to auction day keeping the anxiety levels to a minimum thankyou

Getting a right agent whilst buying/selling a property greatly provide mental peace and ensures smooth transaction and with Alistair it was a pleasing experience. He once mentioned to me that his company works as a 'tight ship' and he meant every word of it. Great communication end to end, kept me updated with critical updates and development. Cannot be more pleased- thank you Alistair and Co.

They helped us buy a 960square meter property in sevenhills nsw.Very professional and know their job. Very good and trust worthy agent.

Alistair and his team did an amazing job selling my property - after a week on the market it was sold! Leading up to this time communication was transparent and nothing was a bother. Alistair is so professional and knowledgeable about the market...I wouldn't trust anyone else with my property. I have had so many bad experiences with other agents so when I was recommended by a good friend to transition my rental property over to Agius its was the best decision I made!I would definitely use Alistair and his team to sell or manage my property and would happily recommend them to everyone I know!

We value the proactive and efficient approach taken by Alistair for a quick sale of our property. Property was sold quicker than expected at a price in the margins of our expectations. We highly recommend Alistair and the team.

Recently we purchased our investment property in Kings Langley. Alistair and his team assisted us in our purchase. They were very professional and assisted us at every step of the process. We are extremely happy with Alistair and his team and would recommend AGIUS property.

The Team at Agius Property Group were great to deal with on the Sale of my Mother's house, providing helpful feedback and good communication throughout the process. Alistair was personable and took the time to connect with all family members involved in the sale, which was appreciated. His approach made the process smoother for everyone. The team at Agius Property group were very professional, promptly addressing any questions or issues we had. It was a huge relief that the property sold on it's first weekend on the market. Thanks again Alistair and team for your assistance in obtaining a great sale price for our family.

I had no issues with the agent. Questions were answered and buying was easy
