Was unable to realise my sale figure, despite assurances of being able to obtain same or above. Fail. Was contracted by me, however negotiated for the buyer presenting a 30 day cash contract at a considerable discount, with an absolute assurance that the contract would be unconditional and be executed. Having agreed to the considerable discount, it transpired that his assurances were worthless, extensions were requested. Fail. Since he could not negotiate my figure, but rather worked for the buyer, a reasonable outcome would have been for the buyer, having been granted a considerable discount, to pay at least a percentage of the commission. The final straw was the ageant's attempt to overcharge for advertising, considerably more than the agreed figure. FAIL.
