I'm a buyers advocate helping purchasers to find and secure their property to purchase. I have also been a selling agent and auctioneer in the past. As a consequence, I deal with lots of selling agents in my travels these days. Abby was very good to deal with: professional, up front and helpful. Her communication was also prompt and as hoped for. Her response to queries was also very good. Many thanks Abby for your assistance with my clients purchase. Best wishes, Bruce Renowden

After 6 months of inspections and numerous "typical" untrustworthy agents Abby was a pleasure to deal with, easy to get along with and help every step along the way. We hope to work with Abby and O'brian for our next purchase.

She is really helpful and fantastic on service, very effective to deal with the property sale. I will recommend her to my friends who are willing to sell properties.

Abby got back to me within an hour even though it was her day off. She came right over and we just clicked. She helped me understand what I needed to know and she found the right buyers for my beautiful garden unit.

Very friendly, explained everything clearly. And help us to make a deal good for both sides

Abby and Neo provided professional advices and did wonderful job during the process. Highly recommended.

Thank you Abbey for being pleasant and helpful on the purchase of Laurel Ave. Everything went so smoothly and any anxiety I had, well I had no need to worry at all. I will definitely recommend you to any family or friends who want to buy or sell.

Our first home purchase has gone on without a hitch. 45 day settlement with no issues at all. Communication was above and beyond. But the main high in the sale was how friendly and comfortable she made us. Will be keeping in touch for future investments

Abby and her team have been extremely helpful and committed. They made the selling process really smooth and maintained impeccable communication throughout the whole process. We really appreciate all the hard work the O’Brien team, especially Abby had put into selling our house. Would highly recommend Abby as a realestate agent in future to anyone selling their house !!

We are incredibly happy with Abby and the team at O'Brien and above all the successful sale of our home. Abby is a passionate, focused and determined agent who guided us through the sale process and kept us informed and up to date throughout the campaign. We felt very comfortable with Abby from our first encounter and appreciated her fresh and positive approach to selling our home. Although hesitant to go to auction we trusted Abby's knowledge and expertise of the market and were thrilled with the outcome!

Abby is very professional yet approachable. She kept us at ease while dealing with our queries and guided about the current market trends. We highly recommend Abby and O’Brien if you are planning to buy/sell a house. Warm Regards, Sambit & Ipsita

We have recently purchased our new family home through Abby, we have been to many open for inspections with lots of different agents and they just didn’t come close to the service we received from Abby, we got call backs, invited back to view the property again, and she was able to arrange times that suited us. Abby took the time to show the property and not just stand at the door and take names and numbers, we were finding with other agents the level of service just wasn’t hitting the mark and as a buyer, we were getting extremely frustrated that no one wanted to help us purchase. Abby was always realistic about price which was refreshing as well. We have found our dream family home and with Abby’s help it happened smoothly and without any stress, which was very important to us.
