Our sincerest thanks go out to Abby Ivankovic from Obrien Real Estate Wantirna for the truly Professional manner in which she conducted the sale of our property. We could not recommend her highly enough to anyone considering selling their property and would not hesitate to engage her again should the need arise. Her bubbly infectious approach to her job makes it a pleasure to be around her. Many thanks again Abby. Kevin and Trish.
Abby is everything you want in an agent, professional, knowledgeable, efficient with great communication skills and an excellent sense of humour. Abby is extremely enthusiastic about her chosen field and genuinely cares about her clients. I have great respect for how hard she works which resulted in my property being sold in only two weeks. I shall miss our little chats!
From the word go, Abby presented herself very well, with thorough knowledge and support. Always kept to her word, her communication could not have been better. Abby understood our situation and needs and ensured they were met. Thanks so much for your wonderful kindness and for selling our home.
Abby first did an appraisal of my home over 3 years ago. I was seeking a unit and Abby listened to my choices and set about to find a suitable option. I then said I wanted to wait as I had changed my mind. Abby was not pushy, however touched base with me keeping me up to date with markets. My first and only option was to approach her with my home for sale. She was honest and helpful and her suggestions have paid off. I would and have been happy to recommend Abby for her genuine approach and outcome. thanks Abby
We felt at ease immediately with Abby. Incredibly helpful, friendly, approachable & warm. Very easy to talk to and willing to take the time to explain things. We never felt rushed or that we didn’t have her full attention at all times If we ever need to sell or buy again, I’ll definitely be giving Abby a call and will highly recommend her to my friends/family.
I found Abby to be professional and reliable , she has a very friendly personality and seemed knowledgeable when discussing the property . She explained the process of purchasing the property and remained in close contact with us during this time . A job well done !
I couldn't be more pleased with the end result of my recent sale of unit in Boronia. Many thanks must go to my agent, Abby Ivankovic. From the first time I met Abby she had the ability to put my mind at ease as she easily opened up the doors of communication by asking me what did I expect and hope to achieve from her. From there she ALWAYS followed up with everything she said she would do, as well as being extremely punctual and nothing was a bother. As well, she gave me great suggestions and tips to improve the general appearance of my unit. With her driven confidence, professional attitude and abilities, Abby was the perfect agent for me and comes with a huge recommendation. With her total guidance my sale price exceeded my expectations. Over the moon!
Abby assisted us in the search for a bigger house and then the sale of our current house. At all times, she is focussed on the client's goals and works with you to gain the best outcome. Abby's work ethics are second to none and brings honesty, credibility and professionalism to the real estate industry . Abby is always fantastic to communicate with and this is one of her key strengths.
We are extremely pleased with the sale of our family home through O’Brian Real estate and would highly recommend Abby to anyone looking to sell their property. We got to know Abby well over the 2 ½ year period from the time we first met to when we were finally ready to sell (It took us this long to find the right purchase property). Abby offered us advice and contact recommendations for our purchase property, which exceeded our expectations of a Real Estate agent. I am sure the potential purchasers were offered the same excellent customer service. Once we were ready to put our house on the market my partner and I created a shortlist of Real estate agents we had met, and narrowed it down to 2 and chose Abby for the above reasons. All round an outstanding effort that achieved a great result. Great work Abby!!
Abby was the perfect balance of informative, accessible and accommodating. She responded quickly to any contact I made and was able to arrange at short notice several extra inspections. She was able to answer all of my questions and pointed out several features that were important for me to know. She also knew when to step back and let me wander through the house and process my thoughts. Thanks Abby.
Abby is always keen to do the best job for you that she can. I have great confidence in her capabilities and her enthusiasm for the job is infectious. She gives great attention to detail and always makes it clear to you the way things work. She continues to go to great lengths to find a place to suit us, even though we have been looking for over a year.
Abby was excellent to deal with for the purchase of our first home. As purchasing a first home is something that is generally a very stressful endeavour, she was always very professional and pleasant to deal with and made the whole process very easy for us. She was also quick to return calls and emails which clearly exemplifies her passion for the job. We would highly recommend Abby as an agent for future sales and purchases and could not be more happier with our purchase. Thanks again Abby and all the best! T&R
