Abdul was very considerate of my selling needs & was happy to discuss alternative & hypothetical strategies to achieve my goals. He was responsive & highly involved in the sale, even so much as to escort prospective buyers personally to my property ad-hoc & with short notice. Abdul was able to generate a better than expected sale price for which I am very greatful for & was able to negotiate a result which exceeded my expectations.
